Well I think it's a good thing, this reform they're talking about and all. I mean, some people what are in prison could get set free, like them who've never even killed nobody or at least nobody's been able to prove it. Like my father.
I mean if they even think of freeing werewolves. Who like biting little kids and whatnot.

Me and Pepperday, we get on right well these days, we do. I did apologise for the bit with the chewing gum, and he grumbled a lot and whatnot, but what really got him around was the picture I found to hang close to him, it wasn't easy. Theodore said to get a lady friend or someone he might want to talk to, but you don't know the hags what are hanging around the Prophet offices though they are all very learned witches I guess. Just shows you're better off far away from the bluestocking type, none of them know how to have fun. But those were no good to hang close to Pepperday so I found a nice one with a girl, nicked it from the Shepherd's Bush other place I work at and she's sitting on a table with some wine, too, so she's always fun to talk to. Pepperday is enjoying himself I'd say.
Daphne if you read this would you please make sure to put in some food. You know where. Lots of food and he was really fond of blood lollies. No idea why, I think they are right disgusting.

So I wonder, you know them pictures, portraits of people what move and all, you know how they walk around and talk to you and stuff? Yeah, that's great, but can anyone tell me if there's a way to shut them up? Like a nice silencing hex, I did try one, but it wouldn't really work. Cause there's this one portrait of Ebenezer Pepperday in the Prophet's offices, he's some old founding father or something, and we used to get on alright, I didn't mind him, he didn't mind me, only last week he saw me someone taking a nap on a really slow day, and was being a real bastard about it, all huffy and whatnot, going on and on about work ethic and how he was so going to tell, and then I someone stuck a chewing gum on his big ugly nose and he started making a bleeding racket. Now he's in one of the storage rooms in the cellar, but people might notice the stupid stain on the wall where he must have hung like a thousand years or something. So, silencing charms?
Anyone?

I hate this weather. Heat waves make people eat ice cream and throw away ice cream cones sticky all over and have their kids drop their ice cream in the elevator and not bother to clean it up. If you got kids you should know better or if you don't they won't never learn manners.
